For MVLA Adult School Students
April 26-June 4 (Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm)
Students enrolled in an ESL, CTE or HS Diploma/GED class at MVLA Adult School can now drop into the new Technology Learning Lab in Room 106 to participate in Distance Learning. Students who would like to use the school's stable WiFi are encouraged to bring their own laptops and headset/earphones. A limited number of computers are also available for student use in the lab. (Bring your own earbuds.)
Please check in at the back entrance by the parking lot upon arrival. Students will need to answer a few screening questions to gain entry. All students will be required to wear a mask and maintain 6 feet social distance while on campus. Preview the screening questionnaire
Technology Support Workshops
We offer online and in-person Zoom workshops with a live instructor designed for small groups to strengthen basic technology skills needed to participate in distance learning. Students are encouraged to register for one or more of these workshops either before or at the start of a new program/course at MVLA Adult School. All workshops are free of charge but registration is required. Visit our online registration site for workshop dates and to register.
